Achieve your running goals through personal training and run coaching.

We devise a training programme that is bespoke to you. One that suits your goals, your lifestyle, your injury risk and, importantly, your likes and dislikes. Exercise needs to be enjoyable!

You get my undivided support and motivation during personal training sessions, plus important accountability and motivation any other time you need.

Just like with Nutritional Therapy, working on your training for a longer period of time achieves the very best health and fitness results.

Note: Current guidelines from Sport England state that personal training/coaching can continue one-on-one. Sessions must take place in a public outdoor spaces, as long as social distancing is maintained. Alternatively, training sessions will take place over Zoom.

Costs:

Block of 3 personal training sessions: £115

Block of 6 personal training sessions: £220

Move Better

We start by looking at your running technique assessing posture, foot strike, stride pattern and cadence (stride frequency).

Then we create a plan to get you moving smoother and more efficiently. A plan that fits in with your running goals to get you running and racing stronger and pain free.

You get my undivided support and motivation during run coaching sessions, plus vital accountability and motivation in between sessions.
