Initially I graduated from the world renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) based in Richmond with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy (dipION) after four years of intensive clinical and science based training.

More recently I gained a level 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer Specialist Diploma with TRAINFITNESS and a Leader in Running Fitness certification with England Athletics.

Because of the training I have done and my own running and health challenges, I have become passionate about guiding female runners along the hormonal journey of life to reach their goals through bespoke nutrition and exercise.

Having been a runner for more than 20 years, and a mum for a good portion of that time, I know how important the right nutrition is for getting hormonal imbalances under control. Firstly for consistently maximising energy levels, but also for recovering quickly from injuries, and finally, sleeping well.

I have witnessed first hand the impact of not paying enough attention to food, drink, training and life load. The lack of energy, enthusiasm, self-belief, and unfulfilled goals that of course makes us feel like we are failing.

I have also seen many times over, in myself and the women I work with, the amazing power of focusing closely on your personal nutrition and life needs and wants. It takes some investment and detective work to get to the root cause of what's going on and settle on the best changes to make to thrive. Let's do this together!
